Story of the year
So what do you suppose was the most read article at NYTimes.com in 2005? Something about the war? Iraqi elections? Hurricane damage? Illegal wiretapping?
David, I don't get it. Dowd put forth a thoughtful essay on feminism in the 21st century. It's soon to be published by Putnam. She's a good writer. The way you framed this thread is baffling - what's she done that upset you?
Mark, She's done nothing to upset me at all. I was just surprised that this would be the top story. I certainly intended no slam on the writer. Sorry if it sounded that way.
