A tragic event--to say the least. Logic and consistency seem to be in short supply when it comes to the FDA, drugs, and politics. On another topic, I have always felt that those state/federal prosecutors who use the power of the government to convict individuals who later are determined to be innocent (e.g. Bromgard)should then be prosecuted with a sentence imposed equal to the one served by the innocent person. Maybe they would be so gung-ho to file charges.
