David: Welcome back. And that is a great article on the Chamber. I'll have to say that during my 57 years in the Billings area, I have seen the Chamber of Commerce as one of the biggest negatives this city has. It has created the idea that the bottom line is the most important thing in this city and as a result if it doesn't produce for the chamber, it forms up against it.
